The Team

Super-Marketers is a family business, consisting of the senior management team of Richard & Heather Crettenden. The Super-Marketers sales team is managed by Philip Harris formerly Sth. Aust. Sales Manager for Herron Pharmaceuticals. The team consists of personnel that have gained their experience over many years with companies like Arnotts biscuits, Peters Dairy, Safcol, Johnson & Johnson, SABCO, Counterpoint Marketing, Friskies Petcare & Herron Pharmaceuticals and are dedicated to providing the highest level of in store representation.

Representation

Super-Marketers provide for representation and merchandising in Coles, Woolworths, IGA, and Foodland.
Our call frequency is weekly to monthly depending on the grade of the stores.

Technology

The allocation of PALM ONE hand held units to all field staff represents an important investment in value adding to the services that we provide to our Clients.  We have ensured that the use of hand held units will provide our field force with a very professional tool to keep store staff up to date with products, pack changes, special deals, advertising (print & television)
We are very aware that the incorrect usage of hand held units can detract from the daily activities of in-store responsibilities and the main use for these tools is to gather & report on ranging/distribution compliance.
